About Us
LOTUS Healing Space specializes in Kundalini Yoga, meditation and the science of Ayurveda from a yogic perspective. Lotus is an open space, located at the foothills of Thunderbird trail at Westside El Paso, TX.
We also offer singing bowls & Gong sound therapy, courses, workshops and retreats in a fun and supportive relaxed environment.
Our classes are for beginners and experienced practitioners.
I've been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2012. Since the moment I took my first class, Kundalini Yoga has been my guide, my path, my source of healing. The practice has taught me so much and had brought so much joy and peace to my life.
I had the privilege to build my practice with the guidance of great yoga teachers like Gurumukh, Jay Dev Singh and 3HO organization teachers. In 2014, I finish my Ashtanga Yoga teacher training and registered as a Yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance and in 2017 I finish my Kundalini Yoga Teacher training and got the certification by Kundalini Research Institute.
My purpose is to offer the blessing of Kundalini Yoga in El Paso, TX, to every person that may need a supportive space to practice, to experience the transformative, healing, amazing wellbeing that Kundalini Yoga has to offer.
I am so grateful to the practice because it has done so much for me. I am here because I want to empower women to heal themselves, to go back to the source and remember who we really are, divine, infinite souls full of light and grace.

Our journey began in 2007, when we decided to leave it all behind and travel the world. Okay...Hawaii, to be precise. When we came back to reality, we wanted to bring some of the island with us. Our experience in restaurants and bars came in handy, but nothing could prepare us for the great joy and satisfaction that Olé Poké has brought to us.
